Early menopause symptoms, PMS and the early puberty seen in many females are the price we pay for our fast paced society. Many of the synthetic hormones used for faster growth and more production in the cattle and dairy industry are directly responsible for this.

These hormones have made their way into our food, into our water and into the environment.

These synthetic hormones disrupt the normal hormone balance causing early menopause symptoms, PMS symptoms and early puberty and result in too much estrogen which is called estrogen dominance.

Some irregularities in your menstrual cycle may not be related to early symptoms of menopause, but could be a sign of some abnormality such as cancer, polyps, non-malignant tumors, or fibroids (which are common when women begin menopause). If a check-up verifies there's nothing like that wrong, then it is probably symptoms of hormone imbalance.

If you should have early menopause symptoms or PMS and see a doctor about it, he/she may very likely put you on some estrogen based prescription and this may actually increase your problems. This is also where things such as talk of a hysterectomy enters the picture since your problems may be getting worse and the medical profession's answer is to remove the affected parts instead of bringing them back into balance naturally.

Some doctors now realize that more estrogen only compounds the problem and have, through research, discovered that the natural form of the hormone progesterone can help early symptoms of menopause with no side effects.

However, some may prescribe a synthetic form of progesterone that still comes with side effects because the body does not recognize it as a natural hormone.

Excess Estrogen Can Be A Problem

In a normal menstrual cycle, only estrogen is produced for the first ten to twelve days. Ovulation then triggers the body to begin producing progesterone, and the hormones are in balance, so there is no problem with PMS or early menopause symptoms. Progesterone sustains the endometrium (lining of the uterus), so it can receive a fertilized egg if pregnancy occurs. If there's no pregnancy, then the body stops producing both hormones, and menstruation occurs.

Estrogen based prescriptions throw this natural cycle out of balance because there is not enough progesterone to counteract the excess estrogen, so this is where things like PMS and early signs of menopause enter the picture. Also, estrogen based prescriptions are derived from pregnant horse urine and so this estrogen also has other hormones with it that were intended for horses, not people.

Symptoms of hormone imbalance are caused primarily by the incorrect relationship between progesterone and estrogen levels in the body. The two female hormones, estrogen and progesterone, exist in a delicate balance. Stress, processed foods, synthetic estrogen HRT (hormone replacement therapy) and hysterectomies are all factors that can add more estrogen to the female body.

Natural progesterone has no known side effects and also increases bone formation better than any known substance, so it can alleviate your fear of osteoporosis, another common concern for women.

In addition to using a natural progesterone creme to help balance estrogen levels, a natural herbal product should be taken for maintaining a good testosterone level, which females also require a small amount of.

Excessive estrogen can also be a cause of low testosterone levels in women. Balancing all your hormones not only will help ease your PMS and early menopause symptoms, but greatly reduce your risk of breast cancer, endometrial cancer and osteoporosis.

Also, with a good, natural progesterone creme, you don't want harmful ingredients such as parabens which are often used as preservatives and suspected to cause cancer. Look for a formula that contains all natural oils, no artificial or chemical fragrances and contains a natural progesterone cream.

This book, written by a pioneer in hormone research, Dr. John Lee, has all the information you need about natural hormones.

Tanya Vandenberg, South Africa

"This is the first time I have ever contacted a supplier, but I just have to say thank you. I am thirty-four years old, and have suffered endlessly with PMS, to the point of severe clinical depression. I thought I would have to live my best years being crazy for 10 days of every month.

Since using Natpro, my periods take me by surprise. Almost no mental symptoms, much better sleep, NO cramps, less cravings. In short,I feel I have got myself back, and my whole family is grateful! I am never without it.

Sincere thanks

Tanya"
